I’ve noticed longer lasting, healing trajectory changes happen when we curiously snorkel around the edges of our edges, not over-boldly plunge ourselves into deep cold water.
This is the school of ‘low hanging fruit’.
Patience, care and gentleness heals more sustainably than heroic pushing. I believe in making every step consensual with my fragile inner characters.
I believe in the treasure of heart-opening, playful intimacy, not stoic reverence and unworthiness before ‘more advanced beings’ dressed as faux-humility.
The huge, sexy river of creativity and wisdom is available to everyone in every moment - even this one right now - but it’s through melting and opening not ‘generating’ and ‘do-ing’. It’s not a Yang act of will. It’s our yielding Yin that allows us to be guided and filled by Life’s Genius. It’s through our curiosity that we are transformed.
The core of all this over-busy and melodramatic ’spiritual seeking' is based around something being ‘at stake’ but with our awakening there is literally no risk. There’s nothing to do but listen and open and be moved - our souls are plotting our pathways (maybe), and we are mostly passengers (probably). That’s what ‘letting go’ is all about. Trusting that the river is ‘for you’.
Genuine healing changes happen when we remove the over-importance or agenda to transcend this glorious, messy human experience and instead, be thoroughly entertained by our fallible, slapstick genius, tripping over our heart strings and spilling the wine, falling on our arses again and again as a given and each time treating it as our illuminating and liberating spiritual practice.

INSANELY GIFTED LEADERSHIP
This seminar provides an overview of the whole reason we do this, the way we do it, and why. It covers the craziness that we were all subjected to in our childhood and what these games and processes are doing to transform it. Here we'll explore both how we deliver the content and also why we create these journeys the way we do. We learn what we mean when we talk about the Twin-Trail of loving activism where each of our challenges is both a gift to the public but also a journey into our own hearts.
SELF CARE NINJA
Self-care is one of the main cornerstones of all the workshops and Shadow Work philosophy. None of our attendees can look after their boundaries, or navigate the Jamie Catto games without it. It is the primary skill needed for anyone in service, in fact one could argue that all the Jamie Catto games are tools for self-care. While we're awakening this in our attendees, we need to be embodying it ourselves, especially with the unique challenges of being a travelling teacher
FOOL'S GOLD
Jamie is most inspired by teachers who teach 'from the middle of the mess' like Ram Dass and Pema Chodron. It eases all our students to see the teacher is human like them, messy and crazy sometimes like them, and even uses his or her personal dramas as the cautionary tales, as the hard-won lessons we're imparting. It gives huge permission to our future students to step into their vulnerability when they are relieved of all notions of perfectionism or meeting a prescribed model. We share the case-study of our own melodrama. We learn about the sacred fool, the true role of the clown.
USING THE FORCE
The ancient Taoists who were amazing experts at harnessing the body’s life-force (Chi) and who came up with acupuncture and also the basis of pretty much all martial arts 2000 years before Jesus, they teach both in the usual way but also through Transmission - literally filling the room with the ability or skill they are imparting. When leading meditations, this force can take your students with you to a whole new level.
UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
Sometimes you’ll want to lead large groups, but there are also deeply intimate and powerful experiences to share with small groups and even one to one sessions. What does it mean to be a mentor? How do we forge trust and willingness with our clients? Bring it will train you to use deep listening and empathy as a leadership skill and a magical password to unlock the secrets in the deeper depths.
The deep-dive sessions, hosted live by Jamie, are for two to three hours every other Tuesday (2 each month).
There are also 20 extra, fully OPTIONAL seminars on the ‘in-between Tuesdays - to explore more organically - but you don’t need to attend any of these to graduate the course, they are as an added value to the adventure.
